Mentorship Programme

The KIUL Mentorship Programme connects emerging leaders with experienced mentors who can support their personal, professional and ethical development.

Leadership is not developed through formal instruction alone. It also grows through trusted relationships in which experience can be shared, difficult questions can be examined and emerging leaders can receive guidance as they navigate new responsibilities.

Purpose

The programme creates structured mentoring relationships through which knowledge, experience and practical wisdom can be shared across generations and professional fields. It provides emerging leaders with guidance, reflection, encouragement and accountability while enabling experienced leaders to contribute to the development of future generations.
