Leadership Stories may be presented as written profiles, interviews, reflective essays, podcasts, videos, oral-history narratives or documented case studies.
Why Stories Matter
Stories preserve forms of knowledge that may not appear in formal institutional records. They allow future leaders to learn from experience, including difficult decisions, failures, resilience and long-term service.
